In the last six years has brought here service design mindset into multinational companies with the aim of ramp up their design maturity. Over the past few years, we have seen how the demand for service design professionals has increased almost everywhere. But choosing the path of an in-house service designer is still quite uncommon. Some years ago I decided to take up the challenge to join and stay in Vodafone Italy. Here some thoughts on how I’ve seen, both as a viewer and as a doer, the growth of the design maturity of my own company.
