I love people. During more than 20 years of experience, in which 12 I’ve been at Accor, I built my career in understanding how people can be influenced and motivated (marketing) as well as analyzing behaviors to learn about what people want (crm & loyalty). For almost 2 years now, I became responsible for the cultural transformation of the company, in bringing people to the heart of everything we do. All around the world, in more than 4500 hotels, my job is to empower people to deliver an extraordinary experience to our guest. How amazing is that?
